Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Acquisition: Identify and acquire new customers for the bank. 
• Product Sales: Sell a variety of banking and third-party products, including savings accounts, current accounts, term deposits, credit/debit cards, and insurance. 
• Sales Targets: Achieve assigned daily and monthly sales targets. 
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain business relationships with both new and existing customers. 
• Marketing and Outreach: Participate in offsite marketing activities and conduct market research. 
• Cross-selling: Cross-sell additional products to existing customers to increase their banking relationship with Axis Bank. 
• Customer Service: Address customer queries and resolve issues effectively. 
• Compliance: Fulfill all mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) and other compliance norms. 
• CRM & Certifications: Maintain records in the bank's CRM system and complete required certifications
