Role Overview

The Assistant Manager – Manpower will be responsible for end-to-end field hiring, onboarding, and retention of kitchen staff. This is a highly execution-driven role requiring close coordination with store teams to ensure consistent manpower availability and smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Hiring & Staffing
• Source and hire kitchen staff through walk-ins, referrals, and local networks
• Ensure timely closure of open positions & Maintain a strong candidate pipeline
• Workforce Management: Coordinate with store managers on manpower requirements
• Monitor attendance, attrition, and staffing gaps
• Arrange replacements for absences or exits
• Ensure smooth onboarding of new hires
• Train staff on SOPs including hygiene and order handling
• Support initial training to reduce early attrition
• Retention & Engagement
• Build strong relationships with staff
• Identify attrition reasons and act on them
• Operations Support
• Resolve urgent manpower challenges

Candidate Profile

• 1–4 years in field recruitment, blue-collar hiring, or operations
• Experience in F&B, QSR, or cloud kitchens preferred
• Comfortable with field-based work
• Strong execution and problem-solving skills

Compensation & Benefits

• ₹2.4 to 3 LPA
• Petrol reimbursement for field visits
