Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve assigned targets
  • Monitor daily sales performance and ensure productivity
  • Drive customer acquisition and sales conversion
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports and MIS using MS Excel
  • Coach, train, and support team members to improve performance
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and sales processes.
