We’re now entering our next growth phase—scaling kitchens across cities—and looking for builders who want to create something from the ground up.

💡 The Role

(Why this is exciting)This is not a typical ops job.

You’ll be the person who helps take O4H from a few kitchens to many. From scouting locations to launching kitchens and making sure they run like clockwork—you’ll own it end-to-end.

If you enjoy figuring things out, building systems, and being on the ground, this role is for you.

🔥 What You’ll Do

🏗️ Build & Launch New Kitchens·        

• Find the next best locations (think demand, delivery radius, competition)
• Set up kitchens from scratch – layout, equipment, vendors
• Launch stores fast and right (speed + quality both matter)

⚙️ Run Smooth Operations·        

• Make sure kitchens deliver consistently great food, fast
• Create and enforce simple, scalable SOPs
• Solve daily chaos (because there will be some 😄)

📈 Scale What Works

• Track what’s working (and what’s not) across stores
• Improve efficiency, reduce costs, increase output

🤝 Work With Everyone

• Vendors, suppliers, delivery platforms
• Kitchen staff and ground teams
• Founders directly (high ownership role); Reporting will be to the Head of Expansion

🧠 What We’re Looking For

• 1–4 years in F&B, cloud kitchen, QSR, or startup ops
• Someone who gets things done, not just plans
• Comfortable being on the ground + traveling
• Strong problem-solving mindset
• Can handle ambiguity (startup life = no playbook)

💸 Compensation

• ₹2.4-3 LPA
• Petrol reimbursement for all store visits & launches
