Assistant Sales Manager

Position: Assistant Sales Manager – Real Estate

CTC: ₹4.2 LPA – ₹5.4 LPA + performance-based incentives

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct and manage daily site visits for walk-in and scheduled clients at the Balagere project

Handle on-site customer interactions, including project explanation, inventory details, pricing, and offers

Ensure timely follow-ups with site-visit clients to drive conversions

Maintain accurate lead and site-visit records in CRM and daily trackers

Coordinate closely with the Sales Manager and report daily site activity, client feedback, and closure status

Assist in achieving individual and team sales targets

Support booking closures by coordinating documentation, cost sheets, and client communication

Liaise with CRM, CP sourcing, and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead handling

Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism at the site

Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and RERA guidelines

Provide market feedback and competitor insights to the reporting manager

Experience in real estate site sales / site visit handling

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Willingness to work from site and on weekends
