We are looking for a result-driven Assistant Sales Manager to support the Sales Manager in handling sales operations, driving revenue growth, managing the sales team, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role involves strategy execution, team coordination, and performance tracking to meet business objectives.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

β€’ Assist in planning and executing sales strategies to achieve targets

β€’ Support the Sales Manager in leading, mentoring, and motivating the sales team

β€’ Monitor individual and team performance; provide regular feedback and coaching

β€’ Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer requirements to identify opportunities

β€’ Assist in setting monthly and quarterly sales targets

β€’ Manage key client accounts and ensure high customer satisfaction

β€’ Coordinate with marketing and product teams for campaigns and promotions

β€’ Prepare and maintain sales reports, MIS, and forecasts

β€’ Support recruitment, training, and onboarding of new sales staff

β€’ Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing, and ethical standards
