Assistant Sales Manager

The Assistant Sales Manager supports the Sales Manager in driving vehicle sales, managing the sales team, and ensuring excellent customer experience. This role involves achieving sales targets, coordinating daily showroom operations, and building strong customer relationships

Assist in planning and executing sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets

Support and supervise the sales team, including training and performance monitoring

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service

Handle customer inquiries, negotiations, and closing of vehicle sales

Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies

Coordinate with marketing for promotions, campaigns, and events

Manage showroom operations and ensure proper display of vehicles

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
