About the Job As we scale, we are looking for an Associate Sales Manager (ASM) to lead a team of Relationship Managers (RMs), ensuring high performance, strong onboarding, and a culture of excellence.
Job Location: Onboarding and Training in Hyderabad for the first 2-3 months, later to Bangalore.
(Inside sales role | No field sales)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Hire, train, and manage a team of 15–20 Relationship Managers (RMs)
- Drive performance on activations, trials, and conversions
- Build a disciplined, high-performance sales culture through daily reviews and coaching
- Own onboarding and ramp-up for new joiners to ensure faster productivity
- Conduct regular call audits, provide structured feedback, and track improvement
- Monitor daily RM activities and proactively resolve performance issues
- Use CRM and reporting tools to track productivity and identify trends
- Prepare and present performance dashboards to senior leadership
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to improve sales outcomes
- Key Skills & Competencies Strong sales operations & execution capability
- Comfort with Excel/Google Sheets, CRM tools, Slack, PPT
- Good analytical and data interpretation skills
- Proven experience in hiring, training, and coaching sales teams
- Clear, structured, and professional communication
- Confident in presentations and performance reviews
- Strong ownership mindset with bias for action
- Ability to bring process improvements and new ideas
- Qualifications2–5 years of sales experience, with 1+ year managing teams
- Experience handling inside sales / tele sales teams
- Native Kannada speaking ability (mandatory)
- Experience with CRM and target-driven sales environments
Job Details
- Work Location: Bangalore
- Training Location: Hyderabad (1 to 2 months only)
- Work Schedule: 6 days working, rotational week off
- Compensation: ₹4.5 – ₹6 LPA + Incentives + OT
- Notice Period: Up to 30 days
