About the Job As we scale, we are looking for an Associate Sales Manager (ASM) to lead a team of Relationship Managers (RMs), ensuring high performance, strong onboarding, and a culture of excellence.


Job Location: Onboarding and Training in Hyderabad for the first 2-3 months, later to Bangalore.

(Inside sales role | No field sales)


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Hire, train, and manage a team of 15–20 Relationship Managers (RMs)
  • Drive performance on activations, trials, and conversions
  • Build a disciplined, high-performance sales culture through daily reviews and coaching
  • Own onboarding and ramp-up for new joiners to ensure faster productivity
  • Conduct regular call audits, provide structured feedback, and track improvement
  • Monitor daily RM activities and proactively resolve performance issues
  • Use CRM and reporting tools to track productivity and identify trends
  • Prepare and present performance dashboards to senior leadership
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to improve sales outcomes
  • Key Skills & Competencies Strong sales operations & execution capability
  • Comfort with Excel/Google Sheets, CRM tools, Slack, PPT
  • Good analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Proven experience in hiring, training, and coaching sales teams
  • Clear, structured, and professional communication
  • Confident in presentations and performance reviews
  • Strong ownership mindset with bias for action
  • Ability to bring process improvements and new ideas
  • Qualifications2–5 years of sales experience, with 1+ year managing teams
  • Experience handling inside sales / tele sales teams
  • Native Kannada speaking ability (mandatory)
  • Experience with CRM and target-driven sales environments

Job Details

  • Work Location: Bangalore
  • Training Location: Hyderabad (1 to 2 months only)
  • Work Schedule: 6 days working, rotational week off
  • Compensation: ₹4.5 – ₹6 LPA + Incentives + OT
  • Notice Period: Up to 30 days
