Job Overview:

Belvaa Senior Care is looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Executives and Sales Assistant Managers. The role involves fieldwork, building strong relationships, and expanding our network through hospital tie-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers for partnerships
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospital management and staff
• Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities
• Conduct regular field visits to expand market reach
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of partners
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
• Submit daily reports and updates to the office

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred)
• Prior experience in sales, healthcare marketing, or hospital tie-ups is an advantage
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel and do fieldwork
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive attitude
