Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Sales Manager with strong field sales experience in the real estate industry. The role involves handling site visits, customer interactions, channel partner coordination, and supporting the Sales Manager in achieving monthly sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle field sales activities including site visits and client meetings
• Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and offers to customers
• Coordinate with channel partners and brokers for lead generation
• Follow up with leads and ensure timely closure
• Support the Sales Manager in planning and executing sales strategies
• Maintain daily sales reports, site visit records, and CRM updates
• Handle customer queries and assist in booking documentation
• Participate in site events, property exhibitions, and roadshows
• Ensure excellent customer experience from site visit to booking
• Key Skills & RequirementsStrong field sales / on-site sales experience in real estate
• Good communication & negotiation skills
• Knowledge of residential projects, pricing, and booking process
• Experience in handling walk-ins, site visits, and channel partners
• Target-driven mindset
• Basic computer skills (CRM, Excel, WhatsApp follow-ups)
• Two-wheeler/vehicle preferred for site travel
• Preferred Candidate ProfileExperience in residential real estate sales (apartments/villas/plots)
• Comfortable with on-field work and site presence
• Ability to work on weekends and holidays (as per site schedule)
• Strong follow-up and closing skills

Education:-

Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus)
