Job Description

About the role:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager with a proven track record in the Audio-Video industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales of AV solutions, including audio systems, video conferencing equipment, digital signage, and integrated AV solutions, by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships.

You will be the primary point of contact for clients and be instrumental in growing revenue in the AV sector.

You will be responsible for Audio and Video Equipment Sales across the region.

Products: (Speakers, Amplifiers, cable, LED screens, Music system, computer processor, QSYS Touch mixers) Prepare sellout plan for the year. Monthly review of the sellout with all stakeholders (internal & external) ROI of sellout inputs. Sellout target deployment and tracking. Building customer relationships. We are looking for a sales representative who will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making & receiving dozens of calls per day, working with the sales team, and channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Prospect call preparation including company background research and other pertinent lead information
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Follow up on sales inquiries that are made by potential customers through website chats, emails, and inbound calls
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
  • Perform effective online demos to prospects
  • Provide feedback to the sales team on leads and market trends


 Requirements:

  • 1-3 years’ experience in Sales.
  • Any degree.
  • Strong verbal communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Timely communication coordinating all stakeholders.
  • Managing timely delivery and outcomes.
  • Motivated and independent to act with precision and initiative.
  • Working hours: 09:30 - 06:00
  • Working days: 6 (2nd&4th Saturday WFH) Sunday off
