Assistant Store Manager

Handle customers; Good communication, organizing and coordination skills; upsell Packages and cross sell high value services to customers - respond to customer queries and explain service offerings, delivering sales pitches of TumbleDry services

Managing day to day operations - bill customers, tag clothes, maintain list of customer deliveries, Orders to be passed on to Wash area and to be delivered to customers

Receive and tag clothes from customers, maintain Order inventory; process clothes within a time-line committed, coordinate Order pick up and drop time

Work with the store team of 3 to 4 staff - pressmen, washermen and delivery executive to deliver finished clothes; Have good team spirit - work as a team - assist in packaging of shoes & laundry, Sorting of clothes, etc. to deliver to customers on time.

Ability to work under pressure, guide team to ensure smooth store operations
