Job Title: Assistant Vice President - Sales

Reports to: Vice President/Director - Sales & Business Development


Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced and driven AVP of Sales to lead our sales team and drive business growth for our interior design and build services, specializing in office spaces. You'll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.


Responsibilities:


- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and expand our presence in the office design and build market

- Develop and execute sales strategies to target corporate clients, developers, and architects

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, and stakeholders

- Identify new business opportunities and pursue RFPs/RFQs

- Collaborate with design and project teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies

- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and pitches for clients and stakeholders

- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to business growth


Requirements:


- MBA or equivalent experience in sales/business development

- 8-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role

- Experience in interior design, architecture, or construction industry preferred

- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets

- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

- Ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills


Preferred Skills:


- Experience with office design and build projects

- Knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor landscape

- Strong network of contacts in the industry

- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
