• Recruit & onboard Life Insurance Advisors
• Build and manage an agency team
• Train & motivate advisors to achieve targets
• Generate business through advisors
• Conduct meetings & joint field visits
• Ensure documentation & compliance
Eligibility:
✅ Graduate (mandatory)
✅ 1–5 years experience in Any Field sales
✅ Good communication & leadership skills
