AV Support / Meeting Room Support Engineer

We are looking for IT supporter who will be delivering onsite Meeting room support/ AV support services to our client.Principal Responsibilities

• Perform meeting room support by proactively checking all equipment in

meeting/conference rooms.

• Perform regular checks on available stock in storage and update Asset

Management team if needed. Add new inventory in Asset Management system

• Provide live assistance when required and provide face to face assistance during

ongoing client meetings/conference.

• Update status and prepare old equipment for retirement

• Collaborate and engage with different business teams on IT related matters

• Support end-user equipment as per client’s standards when required.

• Assist and collaborate in IT project implementation as assigned by Lead or IT

Operations manager

• Re-imaging laptops if and when required.

Experience / Education

Minimum a Degree in IT/Computer Science or within relevant field and minimum of 5 years

of meeting room support/ Video conferencing support related experience is required.• Fluent in oral and written English. Strong focus on spoken communication to be

at a high level.

• Appropriate service management program (ITIL foundation certification

preferred, but not a requirement, as this can be provided)

• Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow and ticket handling

• Good technical knowledge in Microsoft Teams, Webex, Windows 10/ Windows

11, 0365 environment, hardware; infrastructure and IOS devices

• Experience working in an international environment is an asset

• Previous experience working in a 24/7 organization & willingness to travel on regular basis

• Knowledge of agile working
