Job Role: AutoCAD Designer & Client

Coordination Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Design & Drafting (AutoCAD)· Prepare 2D AutoCAD drawings: layouts, elevations, sections, and fabrication drawings

·      Revise drawings based on client feedback, site inputs, and

internal reviews

·      Create shop drawings for prefab / structural projects

·      Maintain drawing accuracy, dimensions, layers, and standards

·      Prepare final approval drawings and as-built drawings

2. Client Coordination & Communication· Act as a single point of contact for assigned clients

·      Handle client calls, emails, and WhatsApp communication

·      Explain drawings, design changes, and project scope to clients

·      Collect approvals, corrections, and requirements from clients

·      Follow up on payments, approvals, and timelines

3. Project Coordination·  Coordinate between the design team, site team, vendors, and

management

·      Share drawings with the site team and clarify technical details

·      Track project progress and update clients regularly

·      Schedule meetings, reviews, and site visits

4. Documentation & Reporting·      Maintain proper drawing versions and project files

·      Prepare basic status reports for management

·      Ensure all client communications are documented

·      Strong knowledge of AutoCAD (mandatory)

·      Basic understanding of construction / prefab systems

·      Good communication skills (English + local language)

·      Ability to handle multiple projects and clients

·      Organized, responsible, and professional attitude

Preferred Profile·      1–3 years of experience in AutoCAD & site/client coordination

·      Experience in the prefab / construction industry is an advantage
