Automobile Sales Executive

Key responsibilities

• Sales and customer engagement: Greet customers, explain vehicle features and pricing, conduct test rides, and close sales to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
• Lead generation: Actively seek out new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and participating in promotional events or roadshows.
• Product knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the products, competitor offerings, and market trends.
• Sales administration: Assist with financing paperwork, coordinate with the finance department, and ensure smooth delivery and registration processes.
• Customer relationship management: Maintain accurate customer records in a CRM system, follow up on leads, and handle customer complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Reporting: Generate regular sales reports and provide feedback to management and other internal teams. 

Required qualifications

• Education: Minimum High School (HSC) or Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in automotive or the two-wheeler industry.
• Skills:
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Other requirements:
• A valid driving license and personal two-wheeler are mandatory.
• Willingness to travel within the designated sales territory.
• Flexibility for field sales and promotional events.
