Job Title: Used Car Sales Executive

Reports to: Sales Manager/Dealership Owner

Location: Ace Motors, Car&Bike Mahindra First Choice Showroom, HSR Layout, Bangalore

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Used Car Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling used vehicles to customers, meeting sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Meet and greet customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions

- Conduct vehicle walk-arounds, demonstrate features, and answer questions

- Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions to meet sales targets

- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and vehicle inventory

- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve dealership goals

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions

- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers

- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly

- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive sales. Experience in the automobile industry is preferred; competent candidates from other industries will also be considered

- Proven track record of meeting sales targets

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong product knowledge (vehicles, features, and benefits of cars)

- Should know how to drive a car

- Should have a valid two wheeler and a four wheeler driving lisence

Working Conditions:

- Work is performed in a dealership environment, with frequent interaction with customers and sales team members

- Require working evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Must be able to stand for long periods, walk, and drive
