Job Description

A New Car Sales Executive is responsible for helping customers find and purchase the right vehicle while providing excellent customer service. The role involves understanding customer needs, demonstrating vehicle features, negotiating prices, and closing deals to meet sales targets.


Customer Engagement & Sales

  • Greet customers and build strong relationships to understand their vehicle preferences.
  • Provide detailed information about vehicle models, features, pricing, and financing options.
  • Conduct test drives and demonstrate car features effectively.
  • Guide customers through the sales process from inquiry to final purchase.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Product Knowledge & Presentation

  • Stay updated on the latest car models, specifications, and market trends.
  • Explain technical features in a simple and engaging way.
  • Suggest suitable models based on customer needs and budget.

Negotiation & Documentation

  • Discuss pricing, financing, and trade-in options with customers.
  • Negotiate and close deals while ensuring a positive buying experience.
  • Assist customers in completing necessary paperwork for vehicle purchases.

Customer Follow-Up & After-Sales Service

  • Maintain strong relationships with past customers for repeat business.
  • Follow up with leads via calls, emails, and showroom visits.
  • Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
