Job Description
Position: B2B Sales Executive – EdTech
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 1–5 Years
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Gender Preference: As per internal policy (if applicable)

Role Overview
The B2B EdTech Sales Executive will be responsible for building and managing institutional partnerships with:
Schools
Colleges
Coaching centers
Skill development institutes
Corporate training departments
This role involves consultative selling, product demonstrations, pitching digital and offline academic solutions, and developing long-term institutional relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Lead Generation
Identify, research, and prospect B2B clients within the education ecosystem
Acquire new institutional partners for offline, online, and test-series offerings
Product Pitching & Presentations
Pitch online learning platforms, LMS, test-series, assessments, and classroom programs
Conduct demos, workshops, and presentations for Principals, Directors, HODs, and key decision-makers
Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional stakeholders
Handle client queries, follow-ups, proposals, and negotiations
Sales & Revenue Targets
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate sales pipeline data, reports, and CRM documentation
Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, academic, and product teams
Share market insights, competitor analysis, and institutional feedback
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA preferred)
1–5 years of experience in B2B Sales (EdTech/Education/Training preferred)
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Proven ability to build long-term professional relationships
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field travel
Ability to understand and explain education and technology products effectively
