Role Overview

We are seeking an energetic, target-driven B2B Sales Executive to promote and sell all of SINGEM’s services across the Jewelry, Fashion, Real Estate, and IT sectors. The primary responsibility of this role is to conduct extensive field visits to jewelry showrooms, fashion stores, real estate offices, and corporate clients Pan India to generate new business and secure service orders.


The ideal candidate will be skilled in consultative selling, capable of understanding diverse business needs, and confident in engaging decision-makers across multiple industries.

Jewelry / Fashion / REIA industry experience is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates with exposure to fashion, real estate, IT services, or multi-sector B2B sales will be highly valued.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients across Jewelry, Fashion, Real Estate, and IT sectors.
  • Conduct regular Pan India field visits to jewelry showrooms, fashion houses, real estate firms, and corporate offices.
  • Pitch and sell SINGEM’s full portfolio of services tailored to each industry.
  • Understand client business models and propose customized service solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, decision-makers, and senior stakeholders.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing accounts.
  • Prepare professional sales presentations, proposals, and service agreements.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms while ensuring profitability.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions in CRM systems.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive activity across all sectors.
  • Coordinate with operations and service teams for seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Required Skills & QualificationsProven experience in B2B sales, field sales, or business development across one or multiple industries.
  • Strong ability to sell intangible services and solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across India.
  • Ability to engage and influence high-level business decision-makers.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and highly motivated.
  • Strategic thinking with strong problem-solving capability.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office tools.


Preferred:

  • Experience in Jewelry, Fashion, Real Estate, or IT services sectors.
  • Existing client network in any of the above industries.
  • Understanding of luxury or premium brand sales dynamics.


Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred.
  • Relevant sales experience may substitute formal education.
