Position Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven and motivated B2B Sales Representative to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities within the corporate sector. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, offering them customized solutions that enhance their operational efficiency and overall business success.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  - Identify and research potential clients within the corporate sector.

  - Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and industry events.

 

2. Consultative Selling:

  - Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' unique challenges and objectives.

  - Present and articulate the value proposition of our corporate services, demonstrating how they address clients' specific needs.

 

3. Relationship Building:

  - Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.

  - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction.

 

4. Sales Negotiation and Closure:

  - Develop and present compelling proposals that address clients' pain points and align with their business objectives.

  - Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms and close deals in a timely manner.

 

5. Market Intelligence:

  - Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics.

  - Provide feedback to the leadership team regarding product/service enhancements and market demands.

 

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in corporate services or a related industry.

- Strong understanding of corporate business operations and challenges.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients.

- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
