We are hiring fresher candidates for the role of Credit Card Operations Executive under the NATS (National Apprenticeship Training Scheme) Government Program. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in banking operations along with a government-recognized certification.

 *Key Responsibilities:* 

* Assist in credit card operations and backend processes

* Perform data entry and transaction processing

* Handle card-related service requests (activation, blocking, limit updates, etc.)

* Support in merchant and customer query resolution

* Maintain and update MIS reports and records

* Ensure accuracy and compliance with banking guidelines

* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
