Back Office Executive

We are looking for a smart, organized, and responsible Female Back Office Executive to support our real-estate operations. The candidate will handle office documentation, client coordination, and internal support work.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update client, property, and sales records

Prepare agreements, letters, invoices, and official documents

Coordinate with sales team, site staff, and management

Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and email communication

Follow up with customers regarding site visits, payments, and documentation

Maintain files related to plots, rentals, construction, and loans

Data entry and report preparation (Excel / Google Sheets)

Support property registration and documentation process

Keep office records well organized and confidential

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Female candidate preferred

Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduation preferred

Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and email

Good communication skills (English + Kannada; Hindi/Telugu is an advantage)

Basic understanding of real-estate work is a plus

Honest, punctual, and well-organized

Experience:

Fresher or 1–3 years experience in back office / real estate preferred
