Job Title: Back Office Executive

Department: Home Loan / Mortgage Consulting

Reports To: Home Loan Consultant / Branch Manager

Job Summary:

The Back Office Executive is responsible for handling documentation, customer follow-ups, coordination with banks/NBFCs, and maintaining records related to home loan processing. The role ensures smooth and timely processing of loan applications.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Documentation & File Processing

Collect required documents from customers (KYC, income proof, property documents, bank statements, etc.)

Verify documents as per bank requirements

Prepare and maintain loan files properly

Upload and submit loan applications in bank portals

2. Bank & Customer Coordination

Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for login, approval, and disbursement

Follow up with customers for pending documents

Update customers about loan status

Schedule property legal and technical verification

3. Data Entry & Record Management

Maintain customer database (Excel / CRM)

Track loan status (Login, Sanction, Disbursement)

Keep proper records of commission and payouts

Prepare daily/weekly reports

4. Compliance & Accuracy

Ensure complete and accurate documentation

Maintain confidentiality of customer information

Follow RBI and bank guidelines

5. Other Office Support

Handle email communication with banks

Assist sales/home loan consultants

Manage office files and paperwork

Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of Home Loan process

Good communication skills (Kannada/Hindi/English preferred)

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email)

Attention to detail

Follow-up and coordination skills

Qualification:

Any Graduate / PUC / Diploma

Experience in home loan / banking / finance preferred (0–2 years)

Salary Range:

₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience)
