Designation: Project Coordinator / Team Lead – Data Management

Role Summary:

The Project Coordinator / Team Lead – Data Management is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing data management activities while leading a team to ensure timely and accurate project execution.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage data management projects end-to-end.

• Lead and supervise the data management team.

• Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines are met.

• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.

• Prepare reports, MIS, and project status updates.

• Identify risks and implement corrective actions.

• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders.

• Train team members and improve processes.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong leadership and coordination skills.

• Knowledge of data management and reporting.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and project tracking tools.

• Graduate/Postgraduate with relevant experience
