Job Description

Aces Connect Services is seeking organized and responsible Back Office Executives to support day-to-day administrative and operational activities. The role involves handling internal documentation, data management, and coordination tasks. Complete training will be provided to selected candidates.



Key Responsibilities



  • Maintain and update internal records and databases
  • Handle documentation and file management
  • Assist in report preparation and data verification
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of company information




Eligibility Criteria



  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office preferred)
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome




Training & Security Deposit



  • Job-related training will be provided by the company
  • A security deposit of ₹700 is required
  • The security deposit is 100% refundable upon successful completion of the agreed terms
