Job Description:
Assist customers in applying for EMI schemes at the store
Explain loan products, interest rates, and eligibility
Collect required documents and complete KYC verification
Coordinate with finance partners (Bajaj, HDB, TVS, etc.)
Maintain daily sales and EMI tracking reports
Provide support and clear customer queries
Ensure a smooth and quick onboarding process for customers
