Job Description
- Job Responsibilities:Prepare bakery items for café operations (cakes, pastries, breads, cookies, muffins, etc.)
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes and standards
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofers
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
- Plan daily production as per café requirement and sales forecast
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the baking area
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards (FSSAI)
- Manage raw material usage and reduce wastage
- Assist in menu development and new product trials
