ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY

Baking & Preparation: Handle all baking as per Cakes by Heart recipes, ensuring consistency in taste, texture, and quality for every order.

Cake Decorating: Decorate cakes using buttercream, ganache, and finishing techniques while maintaining our design and presentation standards.

Recipe & Quality Control: Follow measurements, methods, and production processes carefully to maintain our taste standards & help develop, improve recipes.

Kitchen Management: Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the kitchen, tools, and storage areas at all times.

Inventory & Supplies: Monitor ingredients, inform about low stock, and ensure proper storage and handling of materials.

Daily Operations: Support day-to-day studio workflow including prep work, order scheduling, packing, and readiness for pickups/deliveries.

Ownership & Responsibility: Take pride in managing baking tasks independently and ensuring orders are completed on time with attention to detail.

Experience in cake decoration, piping cakes, baking sponges, cakes, breads preferred.
