Role OverviewWe are looking for a skilled and passionate Baker to manage baking operations at our Hobby Café. The ideal candidate should enjoy creating fresh, high-quality baked products while maintaining hygiene, consistency, and creativity.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and bake fresh items such as cakes, brownies, cookies, breads, muffins, cupcakes, and tea-time snacks
• Assist in menu planning and introduce seasonal or theme-based baked items
• Ensure quality, taste, portion control, and presentation
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the baking area
• Manage raw materials, stock levels, and daily prep
• Coordinate with the café team for daily requirements and orders
• Handle custom orders for workshops, birthdays, and events at Hobby Ghar
• Reduce wastage and follow cost-efficient baking practices
• Required Skills & QualificationsPrior experience as a Baker / Pastry Chef / Home Baker
• Knowledge of oven handling, baking techniques, and basic frosting
• Understanding of food hygiene & safety standards
• Ability to work independently and meet daily production needs
• Passion for baking and creativity with flavours and presentation
• Experience in cafés, bakeries, or cloud kitchens is a plus
• Preferred (Not Mandatory)Experience with eggless and healthier baking options
• Interest in conducting baking workshops (kids/adults) in future
• Familiarity with basic costing and portion planning
