About the Role

We are an upcoming healthy snacking brand looking for a skilled and passionate Healthy Sweet Maker specializing in millet-based and clean-label products. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing millet laddus, healthy cookies, protein bars, and energy bars using natural ingredients and modern production techniques.

This role is ideal for someone who understands traditional Indian sweets but can adapt them into nutritious, innovative, and commercially scalable products.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Prepare and produce millet-based laddus, cookies, protein bars, and energy bars

Standardize recipes for taste, texture, shelf life, and consistency

Work with ingredients such as millets (ragi, jowar, bajra), oats, nuts, seeds, jaggery, dates, and plant proteins

Ensure portion control and batch accuracy

Maintain hygiene and food safety standards (FSSAI compliant)

Support R&D for new product development

Monitor production quality and minimize wastage

Assist in scaling recipes from kitchen to factory production

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in sweet making / bakery / healthy snack production

Experience working with millets and natural sweeteners

Understanding of binding techniques for protein & energy bars

Knowledge of shelf-life management and moisture control

Basic understanding of nutrition is an added advantage

Ability to work in a production environment

Attention to detail and consistency

Experience in a health food brand or bakery

Familiarity with baked and no-bake bar processes

Understanding of macro balancing (protein, fibre, fat)

Innovative mindset for developing new healthy sweets
