Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Bakery Assistant to support daily bakery operations. The ideal candidate will assist in preparing ingredients, baking, packaging, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring customer satisfaction. No prior experience is necessary, but a passion for baking and willingness to learn is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing doughs, batters, and fillings as per recipes.
• Support bakers with baking, decorating, and finishing baked goods.
• Package and label bakery products for display and delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of baking equipment and work area.
• Follow food safety standards and bakery protocols.
• Help with inventory management and stocking supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service when needed at the counter.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in a bakery or food service is a plus but not mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of baking techniques and kitchen safety.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 kg.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
