Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Guidance: Welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and directing them to the appropriate counter or service.Digital

2. Adoption: Assisting customers in using the SBI YONO app, Net Banking, ATM services, and UPI, facilitating digital migration.

3. Operational Support: Helping customers fill out forms, tokens, and handling basic banking queries.Queue & Floor Management: Ensuring orderly, smooth flow within the branch and managing crowded situations.Feedback

4. Collection: Collecting customer feedback and facilitating service improvement.

Job Details & Eligibility:

1. Employer: Often on third-party payroll like SBOSS (State Bank Operations Support Services).

2. Qualifications: Usually a graduate degree is required.

3. Experience: Previous experience in the service industry is often preferred.

4. Salary: 20k take home salary + PF & ESI.

5. Skills: Strong communication, customer service skills, and familiarity with digital technology.

6. Language : English & Kannada.
