Position Overview:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in crafting high-quality beverages, familiar with third-wave coffee practices, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service. You will play a key role in creating memorable customer experiences and contributing to a positive, collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based beverages, teas, and other drinks
• Greet customers warmly, take orders, and process payments accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, coffee bar, and equipment
• Follow standardized recipes, portion control, and food safety guidelines
• Restock supplies and assist with inventory management
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications & Skills:

• Prior barista or customer service experience preferred (training will be provided)
• Basic knowledge of coffee beverages and food handling is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
