Barista

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Prepare and serve a range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso, tea, smoothies, and mocktails, following company recipes and standards.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all beverages served.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including regular cleaning of equipment and service areas.
• Greet and engage customers warmly, demonstrating a “Just Say Yes” attitude to fulfill their needs.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures as per company policy.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, such as restocking supplies and preparing the bar area.
• Uphold the values, integrity, and service culture of HumbleBean Hospitality.
• Be flexible and willing to work across multiple outlets or event locations as assigned.
