Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages according to company recipes and standards.
• Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately.
• Operate coffee machines, and POS systems.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and seating areas.
• Restock supplies such as coffee beans, milk, sugar, cups, and napkins.
• Handle cash and card transactions responsibly.
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
• Work efficiently with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
