Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, answer questions, handle complaints and ensure customer satisfaction. 

Food Preparation: Prepare food according to recipes, maintain food safety standards and ensure food quality. 

Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, utensils and restrooms. 

Safety: Follow safety procedures, ensure the safety of customers and other crew members and be knowledgeable about emergency procedures.

Administrative tasks: May include cash handling, operating point-of-sale systems and inventory management.
