Coffee & Beverage Preparation Make all classic coffees — espresso, americano, cappuccino, latte, mocha, etc.

• Create basic latte art (heart, tulip, leaf).
• Follow standard recipes for both hot and cold beverages.
• Learn and prepare mixology drinks (coffee-based and non-coffee).
• Maintain taste and presentation consistency for every cup.
• 2. Customer InteractionGreet customers with a smile and take orders politely.
• Help them choose drinks or desserts.
• Handle feedback or complaints calmly and professionally.
• Make sure customers leave happy with their experience.
• 3. Cleanliness & MaintenanceKeep the coffee counter, equipment, and workspace clean at all times.
• Clean the espresso machine and tools at the end of each shift.
• Refill milk, beans, and other ingredients as needed.
• 4. TeamworkWork closely with kitchen staff for smooth order flow.
• Help in setup before opening and cleanup after closing.
• Support teammates during rush hours.
• 5. Responsibility & AttitudeBe punctual and maintain proper grooming.
