Job Description
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages including coffee, espresso, cappuccino, latte, and tea
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment efficiently
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments through POS systems
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area, equipment, and seating area
- Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of beverages
- Restock ingredients and supplies as required
- Handle customer queries and complaints politely and professionally
- Follow food safety, health, and safety guidelines
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required
