Key Responsibilities

• Brewing & Service: Prepare various types of tea according to customer preferences and traditional methods.
• Quality Control: Ensure consistent flavor, aroma, and presentation for every cup.
• Menu Development: Curate, blend, and create unique, innovative tea recipes.
• Inventory Management: Manage tea leaves, supplies, and brewing equipment stock.
• Customer Education: Advise guests on tea types, flavors, and food pairings.
• Hygiene & Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with health regulations.
• Training: Train and supervise team members on proper preparation and service.
