Barista

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate should know how to prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, cold brew, matcha, and specialty teas. The role also includes providing excellent customer service and maintaining cleanliness in the café.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages — including espresso, cappuccino, latte, americano, cold brew, iced coffee, matcha, and specialty teas (ginger, cardamom, green tea, etc.).
• Greet and interact with customers politely and ensure a welcoming café experience.
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments through the POS system.
• Follow recipes and presentation standards for all beverages.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace — including cleaning tables, counters, machines, and floors.
• Refill and organize ingredients, cups, and other stock items as required.
• Ensure hygiene and safety standards are met at all times.
• Assist in daily café operations, including opening and closing duties.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Barista preferred (training can be provided).
• Knowledge of hot and cold brew techniques, matcha preparation, and tea brewing.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of hygiene and food safety practices.
• Willingness to help with cleaning and overall café upkeep.
