We are looking for an experienced and skilled Batch Supervisor to oversee daily production in our tailoring unit. The ideal candidate must have hands-on tailoring expertise, the ability to demonstrate stitching techniques for new styles, and strong batch-setting skills to ensure both high productivity and standard quality.

• Key Responsibilities:Supervise and manage a team of tailors in the production of trousers, shorts, and joggers.
• Guide and demonstrate stitching techniques whenever new styles or patterns are introduced.
• Organize and allocate tailors into efficient batches to maximize production output and maintain quality standards.
• Ensure timely completion of daily production targets without compromising on quality.
• Conduct quality checks at various stages to maintain consistency and minimize errors or reworks.
• Collaborate with the design and sampling team to understand new designs and train tailors accordingly.
• Monitor performance of tailors and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
• Maintain discipline and a productive work environment on the shop floor.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of machines and tools.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience in garment tailoring and supervision, especially in men's or casual bottom wear.
• In-depth knowledge of garment construction, stitching methods, and industrial sewing machines.
• Ability to lead a team and manage production workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
