Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development 
Executive to join our construction company in Bangalore. The successful 
candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and 
maintaining relationships with clients in the commercial construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
 Identify new business opportunities in the commercial construction industry.
 Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients.
 Generate leads through research and networking.
 Work closely with the sales team to develop proposals and contracts.
 Attend industry events and conferences to stay up to date on industry trends and 
developments
 Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders.
 Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers and engineers, to 
ensure client satisfaction.
 Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential growth areas.
 Manage and maintain a sales pipeline and provide regular updates to senior management.
Requirements:
 Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
 Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales in the 
commercial construction industry.
 Proven track record of developing new business and maintaining client relationships.
 Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
 Strong organizational and time management skills.
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 Knowledge of construction industry regulations, standards, and procedures.
 Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
