Key Responsibilities:
- Perform beauty and skin treatments as per Bellance Salon brand standards
- Conduct proper client consultation and recommend suitable Bellance Salon services and products
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness of the work area, tools, and equipment as per Bellance Salon SOPs
- Upsell services and retail products to meet individual targets set by Bellance Salon
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and encourage repeat visits to Bellance Salon
- Follow Bellance Salon policies, SOPs, and maintain professional conduct at all times
