Job Title: Beverage Specialist (Barista)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Beverage Specialist (Barista) to join our kitchen team. The role involves preparing high-quality coffee, tea, smoothies, and specialty beverages with consistency and accuracy for delivery and takeaway orders. This position requires strong focus on speed, quality, hygiene, and precise execution, as customer interaction will primarily be through online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare coffee, tea, smoothies, and specialty beverages as per standardized recipes.
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and packaging for delivery and takeaway.
• Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other beverage equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the beverage preparation area.
• Accurately interpret and execute orders received through delivery platforms.
• Label and pack beverages securely to prevent spills during transport.
• Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and packaging materials.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the supervisor/manager.
• Follow all health, safety, and food hygiene protocols.
• Support the kitchen team with general duties whenever required.
• Qualifications & Skills Prior barista or café experience preferred; trained freshers may also apply.
• Strong knowledge of beverage preparation and coffee brewing techniques.
• High attention to detail with the ability to maintain consistency.
• Good time management skills to handle multiple orders during peak hours.
• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
