Job Description / Responsibilities
•	Analysing provider utility bills 
•	Generating bill summaries, pre-bills, past dues and reports
•	Carry out Utility and Reads data processing and analysis.
•	Identify and handling exceptions. 
•	Tracking, log, process and analyse utility bills and meter reads.
•	Work on Support tickets
•	Daily, Weekly and monthly Reporting
•	Build Data Trends and Analytics 


Desired profile of the candidate 
•	Knowledge in the Utility Billing Domain
•	Understand Utility Billing or any other recurring billing
•	Understand Late Fees, Online payment processing 
•	Highly proficient in using  EXCEL ( advanced Features) , MS word, and power point
•	Good written and verbal communication skills
•	Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
•	Good Analytical and problem-Solving Skills
•	Ability to identify exceptions and resolve them
•	Produce high quality deliverables
