Billing Assistant - Ecomm WH - Job Description

As a Billing Assistant in our e-commerce warehouse operations, you will be responsible for the billing process, ensuring accuracy in item handling, generating invoices, managing shipping labels, and efficiently packing items for shipment. .

Responsibilities:

●     Items Receipt and Cross-Checking:

○     Receive items from inventory and cross-check with the corresponding orders.

○     Ensure accuracy in received items and verify against order details.

●     Invoice Generation:

○     Generate invoices based on confirmed orders.

○     Ensure that all billing information is correct, including item quantities, prices, and customer details.

●     Shipping Label Creation:

○     Prepare shipping labels for outgoing packages.

○     Ensure correct labeling of packages to facilitate smooth shipment.

●     Packing:

○     Efficiently pack items for shipment, adhering to packaging guidelines.

○     Ensure timely packaging with invoices and shipping labels.

●     Quality Control:

○     Conduct QC checks on products before shipment.

○     Verify all products against purchase orders to ensure accuracy.

Candidate Profile

●     Diploma or Graduate

●     0-1 year experience in billing, invoicing, or warehouse operations. Can consider freshers for this role but should be a graduate in bachelors degree.

●     Able to operate computers and knowledge of using MS office applications.

●     Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

●     Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
