Billing Executive

Roles And Responsibilities  

•       Prepare exact Quotations for customer requirements .

•       Prepare and issue accurate invoices as per company guidelines.

•       Verify supporting documents before billing.

•       Reconcile customer ledger statement.

•       Monitor receivables and follow up for overdue payments.

•       Assist in GST/TDS compliance and return filing.

•       Prepare MIS reports and aging analysis for management.

•       Coordinate with sales, purchase, and dispatch teams for billing accuracy.

•       Support internal and statutory audits with required documentation.

Requires Skills  

•       Tally software compulsory  

•       B. Com, BBA or any Other Accounts related degree is compulsory 

•       Candidates with 0 to 1 year only can apply 

•       Ms office is mandatory 

Preferred languages Kannada, Hindi, English.
