Billing Executive

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Billing & Accounts Executive to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with customers but also possesses the technical skills to manage store accounts and inventory using Tally.

Key Responsibilities

 * Customer Billing: Process retail sales quickly and accurately using the billing system.

 * Tally Management: Maintain daily records of sales, purchases, and credit notes in Tally Prime/ERP 9.

 * Payment Handling: Manage cash, UPI, and card transactions securely; reconcile daily cash flow with system reports.

 * GST & Documentation: Ensure all invoices are GST-compliant and assist in organizing data for tax filings.

 * Inventory Tracking: Update stock ledgers in Tally as new saree collections arrive or are sold.

 * Customer Service: Provide a warm and professional checkout experience for customers during weddings and festive seasons.

Requirements & Skills

 * Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Tally and basic computer operations (MS Excel, Email).

 * Accounting Basics: Understanding of GST slabs for textiles, debit/credit entries, and ledger maintenance.

 * Numerical Accuracy: High precision in handling calculations, discounts, and high-volume transactions.

 * Communication: Fluent in the local language with a polite and helpful attitude toward customers.

 * Education: B.Com or a related certification in Tally/Accounting is preferred but not mandatory if experienced.
